Even if you use your mobile every day, is it convenient and easy to do what you are doing? Do you have more than three screens with too many apps? Can you quickly find the application you are looking for? Before this week, it was a frequent struggle. Why?
Newly installed apps keep adding to the last screen and there were several blank spaces due to uninstalled software. Sometimes I needed to browse in the multiple pages for a program that I would want to use, and if I could not find it, only a manual search with the application name would save me. It was messy.
If this sounds like you, take the time to organize your device. I did it and I really do not understand why I have not done it before!
But, by organizing, what do I mean? For me it was to:
- Delete unused applications
- Disable or hide default applications that I cannot uninstall (I am looking at you Samsung...)
- Rearrange the applications that I mostly used on my home screen, and move the others to the second and third screens
In my case, the last point has been a game-changer. Now applications have been categorized according to their daily usage or overall utility.

In the settings of the search page, I also found an option that will automatically reorder all installed applications alphabetically on that page.

I do not know if I will be able to maintain this organization, but I will take at least an hour next year to structure my cell phone again if I need it!
And you, how long have you not been managing your device?
